We’ve been preaching about the effectiveness of sonic branding for years. In 2024, we simply keep doing what we do best and make sure you know all about the power of sound in modern marketing 🚀 Why is that, you ask? Because sonic branding is a distinctive asset that can get your brand’s performance to the next level. Ralph van Dijk, Director of Music & Brands APAC, and Aifric Lennon, Director of Research Strategy, spilled all the beans on this topic in a brand new podcast episode for WARC. I really enjoyed this chat with Professor Paolo Quattrone, talking all things business and nature, including the question of: how do organisations recognise their dependence on nature and ecosystems in their balance sheets. We have to start recognising the value of nature and seeing it as a stakeholder, and part of that also means setting constraints in terms of business impacts on nature that we should not push past. Business can and must be part of the solution to the dual nature and climate crises, and I know many businesses are beginning to explore their impacts on nature and what they can do. Thanks to AMBS for hosting and to Paolo for sharing his huge knowledge. #ESG #BusinessStrategy #GreenTransition #Economics
In our latest Original Thinking filmed podcast Beccy Speight, Chief Executive of the RSPB, joined Professor Paolo Quattrone from Alliance Manchester Business School to discuss how businesses must better encompass Nature in their decision-making and recognise Nature as an active stakeholder. Along with more bad news about the state of radio, there is a nice piece (second story in the article) about my "Red Vs Blue Podcast"
4 Southern California midday radio DJs were taken off the air. What happens next?

We couldn’t have said it any better ourselves. Cheers to Kid Rock for speaking out against Ticketmaster and Live Nation Entertainment's monopolistic practices and inflated ticket prices on 'This Past Weekend’ Podcast with Theo Von. Curios lets you know who your fans are so you can get them access to your tickets before scalpers do. It's time to update the system. #CuriosCreator #Ownership #monetization #NoMoreMonopolies #NoHiddenFees #CreatorsFirst #musicindustry #BreakTheMonopoly #MusicIndustryReform
