In collaboration with the National Environmental Health Association, NSF is proud to award Tim Hatch, MPA, REHS the Walter F. Snyder Environmental Award. This award, named after NSF’s first director, is presented annually to individuals who pioneer environmental and public health through their careers. Tim is an environmental scientist who has spent decades solving public and environmental health challenges and has worked with organizations such as the United Nations, the World Health Organization, and the US Congress. He’s currently the District Health Administrator for the State of Alabama Department of Public Health, where he leads a team of 300 and provides public and environmental solutions to over 709,000 Alabama residents. We are inspired by Tim’s work and proud to bestow him this award. Read more about Tim and the Walter F. Snyder Award at https://lnkd.in/eNhh35Cd.
