About last night... we received a Canadian Health Food Association Award! I am so proud of our amazing team at Nuts For Cheese and so grateful to now be finding room in my carry on for not one, but two, awards celebrating diversity in business and the efforts that we've made as an organization to be leaders in this space. Inclusion is an action and the efforts of organizations and awards like this are such an important factor in building the fabric of an inclusive and committed community. My personal responsibility as a leader, and someone committed to continuous personal and professional growth is not something I take lightly. Thank you to everyone who is working to create a more equitable future and committing themselves to the work. And congratulations to all of the other finalists and award winners!
