Navigating the Future of Work: People Operations vs. Traditional HR Lately, I've been reading a lot of interesting articles about People Operations and wanted to see where the majority of my network lives. In my HR experience, I'm always looking for the best ways not just to work together but to truly thrive together. This somewhat new approach got me thinking about workplace cultures -are we creating spaces where everyone genuinely feels they belong and can grow? So, I'd like to start a conversation and draw on our collective insights. This is a great opportunity for us to share experiences and hopefully learn from each other.
