Playing golf has taught me so much about leadership! 🏌️♂️ Just like in golf, being a great leader means staying focused, being patient, and thinking strategically. Here are a few lessons golf has reinforced: 1. **Preparation is Key**: Just as I practice my swing, leaders must prepare for meetings and projects. 2. **Adaptability**: Weather changes on the course, and business conditions change too. Adapt and keep moving forward. 3. **Patience and Resilience**: Not every shot lands where you want it. Learn from mistakes and stay resilient. 🚨 The latest powerful off-course golf studies 🚨 We have been building #GolfLite and Blue Jeans Golf for more than 3 years now. When asked what is GolfLite, it's the bridge between Entertainment Golf (think Topgolf) and Traditional Golf (think 18 holes). 2023's National Golf Foundation study is the first time we are seeing the change in tides -- Traditional Golf (on-course-only) was actually DOWN -8% vs. 2022. I checked our investor presentations, and this was the first time since pre-COVID on-course was down. What about the bridge? It continued to GROW and ACCELERATE: +17% in participation on- & off-course +19% in participation off-course only 💪 We are growing from 4x Golf Ranch locations today to 8-10 by the end of 2024, so we hope to do our part in More People. More Golf. More Often 💪
