We are currently looking for a skilled professional with at least 4 years of experience in labor/administrative law or employee relations, ideally within international organizations, to join us as a Short-term Associate Employee Relations and Duty of Care Officer (S). The role involves supporting OSCE's commitment to a professional working environment and staff well-being. Key responsibilities will include conducting research on international administrative labor tribunals' jurisprudence and precedents, preparing briefs and procedural documents for the Department of Human Resources (DHR) and Office of Legal Affairs (OLA), advising staff and management on employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary procedures and conducting presentations and capacity-building sessions on employee relations and duty of care policies.
