I had the privilege to represent CFBank at the Ohio Bankers League Next Gen Conference last week. It was a fantastic time discussing leadership and its challenges in the work force, the economy and what data is showing us, and finishing up with inspiration and vision discussions with Olympic Silver Medalist Noelle Pikus Pace. A takeaway from the conference in regards to leadership is that we as leaders have make sure everyone in our organization believes these statements: What we (the organization does) Do Matters What I Do (my role) Matters I matter.
