The foundation week, rich in engaging experiences, still resonates deeply with me, fuelling my passion and curiosity. Throughout that foundational week, we grappled with three pivotal questions: 💡Why Asia? 💡Why Now? 💡Why Me? Reflecting on these questions alongside the heartfelt insights from my cohort members has provided me with a clearer understanding of my path and purpose in Australia. It's made me ponder deeply about my motivations, passions, and the continuous drive to forge ahead. Asia stands at the forefront of global dynamics, poised to shape our collective future. Australia, with its unparalleled cultural diversity in Asia, is uniquely positioned to become a nexus of talent and innovation. Our vibrant diaspora communities are key to this vision, emphasising the importance of an inclusive and dynamic Australian education system. It's essential that we remain welcoming and adaptive, harnessing the diverse talents that wish to contribute to our shared prosperity and global collaboration. 🌍 As a former international student, I see immense value in fostering dialogue and partnerships across government, academia, and the private sector to enhance the international student experience. These students are not just temporary residents but potential future leaders who will contribute significantly to Australia’s legacy on the world stage. They will make Australia proud one day. 🚀 In my role as a career consultant and coach, I am committed to breaking down barriers for professionals from diverse backgrounds, partnering with those who share a vision for a more inclusive and competitive Australia.
