Job Title: Sales Executive Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, your main job is to sell products or services to customers. You'll find new customers, build relationships with them, and convince them to buy what we offer. Your goal is to help the company grow by bringing in more sales. Key Responsibilities: Find Customers: Look for people or businesses who might want to buy what we're selling. Build Relationships: Get to know our customers, understand what they need, and make them feel valued. Sell Products/Services: Talk to customers about what we offer and convince them to buy from us. Close Deals: Negotiate with customers to agree on prices and terms that work for both parties. Plan Sales Strategies: Come up with ways to find more customers and sell more products/services. Requirements: Sales Experience: It's helpful if you've sold things before, but it's not always necessary. Good Communication Skills: You need to be able to talk to customers in a friendly and convincing way. Goal-Oriented: You should be motivated to meet sales targets and help the company succeed. Team Player: Work well with others to reach our sales goals. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required.
