At Parfums Christian Dior, we cultivate triumphant inclusivity. Creating a culture of inclusivity and support is at the core of our values, as is our dedication to championing for causes that are important to our employees. We are thrilled to highlight Dior’s inaugural Allyship Day, a crystallization of our commitment to creating spaces where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is integral. The event was hosted by DIOR B.R.I.D.G.E (Building Relationships in Diverse Group Environments) Employee Resource Group. The mission is to elevate diverse voices, enhance equity, foster mentorship, champion inclusivity through safe spaces and allyship, drive impact through community outreach and create a nurturing a space that you can be unapologetically yourself. On June 12th we were graced with 2 incredible voices, Catarina Rivera, MSEd, MPH, CPACC and Michael Venturiello, our US teams had the opportunity to learn about the significance of disability inclusion in the workplace, as well as the history and evolution of Pride, respectively. The impact was palpable—employees left these sessions with new perspectives and fresh ideas, with a reignited passion to be an ally. These conversations reinforced the importance of empathy, understanding, and active support for marginalized communities within Dior's walls and beyond.
