I keep telling my team, " Mouth-to-ears and eyes-on-eyes"—email, chat, text, etc. just doesn't work. In this swipe left/right culture, people must be heard and open to asking, inquiring, and digging deep. Surface answers are just that—empty. That's why people swipe left/right on their employment, partners, life choices, etc. Can you handle that?
