What a BeReal moment! Thank you, Peter Balogh, for inviting us to the portfolio party! It was great being at your place, participating, taking a break, partying together, meeting inspiring founders, and shaping this community together! It might seem unusual to figure out which role we're playing here. After all, Endre Varga and Laszlo Kesmarki are also founders of the DicomLab story, which STRT is an investor in, so we're part of the portfolio. At the same time, as White Unicorn, we are reviewing several startups together with Petya's team, especially in the medtech sector where we’re increasingly cooperating on various projects. Both WU and STRT have incubator programs, so in a way, we compete, but we’re much more about co-operating. We believe that in the long run, it's better to think together, build the next generation together, and jointly develop the entire innovation industry, so that everyone can enjoy the results. And it's not just talk—we actually do this in our daily work. Surprising, unconventional, strange? Maybe, but not for us. This is how we operate, and it’s worked pretty well so far! :)

Techstars for life. Every end is a new beginning! OmicsChart (Techstars '23)   Four month ago we entered Techstars Berlin office for the first time, naive and inspired, unaware of the forging that we were walking into that would bond us for life.   Pulled in all directions at once by an avalanche of advice from over 100 mentors meetings, gripped by insecurities approaching over 100 executives in pharma, we applied ourselves to the limits of our physical and mental abilities, and more than ones it felt like we were going to break.   We set ambitious goals for the program that many thought were unachievable, we experienced mentors turned OmicsChart champions, potential customers turned our mentors, leads turned pilots. We achieved them all! We turned from impure iron into a sharp sword out of the finest forged steel!   I am deeply grateful to every mentor who took time to consider our idea and give us the best advice they could.   I am grateful to every scientist and every director who did not turn down our call or email and took time to hear about our solution!   I am proudest of my team, who despite tremendous pressure delivered above and beyond, who upheld OmicsChart's values and supported each other every step of the way.
