This article, published in the Journal of Infant, Child, and Adolescent Psychotherapy, explores the journey of a severely depressed mother and her infant through individual therapy enhanced by mother-infant video feedback sessions. Key findings: 🔛 The power of collaborative therapy, where mother and infant are treated together alongside individual therapy. 💡 How video feedback can transform a mother's perception of her baby's behaviors and foster healthier attachment. 👶 Practical implications for clinicians working with depressed mothers and infants showing developmental delays.
