The Whisky Sour and The Breakfast Martini 👌 I've teamed up with my fellow countrymen at the incredible Penderyn Distillery and used their beautiful whisky finished in Madeira wine casks to bring out its full gold character. It had notes of tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla persist which combine beautiful with the bittersweet Welsh marmalade and the silky texture from the egg white 😋' Recipe ▪️Penderyn Whisky - 60ml ▪️Welsh Marmalade - 1bsp ▪️Lemon Juice - 30ml ▪️Spiced Syrup - 15ml ▪️Egg White ▪️Orange Bitters - 2 Dashes ▪️Dehydrated Orange
