On August 26, 1920, the 19th Amendment was certified, granting women the hard-fought right to vote in the United States. Today, we celebrate Women's Equality Day to honor this historic victory and the ongoing journey toward full equality. We champion professional development and leadership through mentorship, networking, workshops, and meaningful dialogue. The 2024 theme for Women in History Month is “women who advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion” The theme recognizes women who understand that, for a positive future, we need to eliminate bias and discrimination entirely from our lives, workplaces and communities. Women from every background have long realized that discrimination will never bring equality or justice. We need to speak up and work harder for fairness in our institutions and social interactions.

"When women are absent, we must inquire: why are they not here? When women face discrimination, we must speak out against such practices. When women are not treated fairly, we must take appropriate action. We need to do this every time, without fail. To all the women who are contributing to and promoting inclusion, we see you, and we are rooting for you. Happy International Women's Day! #InspireInclusion #CasaFinaDevelopment #InternationalWomensDay"

Happy International Women's Day! The theme for #IWD2024 is #InspireInclusion. When we value the perspectives, experiences, and contributions of women, we build a better world for everybody. Did you know that International Women's Day has been observed since the early 1900s? In 1908, 15,000 women marched through New York City demanding shorter hours, better pay and voting rights. Equal rights for men and women is a very important issue for us. Unfortunately, this is still not the case in all regions of the world – and International Women's Day on 8 March draws attention to this every year. ♀️ In some countries, it is even a public holiday. While in the early 20th century, when the day of action originated, the focus was primarily on women's right to vote, today it is increasingly about equal pay and between men and women and women in leadership positions. Happy International Women’s Day! #DewertOkin #drivetechnology #internationalwomensday #femaleempowerment #femaleleadership
