Pullet in laying hens is the future of production that morning's goal was to invite me to breakfast to talk about production.These traditional farms were successful and began to increase the population. If it is not followed, it will not release the genetic potential that the chicken carries. Never make your own feed if the knowledge and technology you had not allowed you to do it. My input is like that. If you want to produce your own pullets prepare everything, I will show you in video, if not, at least sexual maturity is not uniform. try therapy selenium plus vitamin E , antibiotics. my experience will be peak too but not optimal. in some cases it does not reach peak production I am sorry you will call out when production is around 70%.
