The tale of how we went from landlord to the business owner is as interesting as the store itself. This is the story of how V 3 Capital was able to turn a business on the verge of closing into a renowned success in just a matter of days. In fact, the mall ended 2023 with a record-breaking year for sales reflecting more than three times the sales of the business before V 3 Capital took over operations.
