As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to strategize and execute new product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory compliance. Experience with implantable medical devices is a huge plus. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading multidisciplinary teams, preferably in the medical device industry.
