Super proud of this bloke 🔥 When Paul first came to me he was severely lacking in confidence. In fact I was sure he hated training with me 🤣 Because of the closed short answers I got back from my questions 😁 But.. Here we still are 🤣 Paul has been my easiest client and my hardest. He does exactly what I tell him to do. But also wants to be pushed beyond his limits! Paul has grown so much not just physically but mentally. So much so that he had the balls to leave his long term corporate job to become self employed. For those that have never been self employed you have no idea how scary and lonely that can feel! We now have an agreed goal of doing a photo shoot so that Paul can be in the best shape of his life at age 50! Which is next year! For now the prep begins, with slapping some muscle on! If your reading this and using age as an excuse, Paul is living proof that age isn't a factor! So if you want stop messing about and make real change with your life, both physically and mentally, reach out! Send me a message and let's see if we would be a good fit to work together 🔥 #wellbeing #clientreview #clientsuccess #motivation #selfimprovement #mentalwellbeing #onlinecoaching #veterans #mindset #fatlosstips

“To succeed in life, we must stay within our strength zone but continually move outside our comfort zone.” - John Maxwell We’ve all seen those cringeworthy moments on TV. Someone believes they are destined to be a pop star, but can’t carry a tune in a bucket. Another says stand up comedy is where they are meant to be, but their jokes fall flat to a room full of silence. These people may have been brave enough to step outside their comfort zone, but they failed to analyze their strength zone before taking that leap. Sadly their dreams will remain unrealized, because they were seeking unrealistic dreams. Now flip that. We’ve all had that friend with incredible talent, but lacks the self confidence to step out and use it. They know their strength, but have failed to analyze the consequences of refusing to step out of their comfort zone. They have a realistic dream, but it will remain unrealized too. We are not all destined to be famous, but we are all destined to be something. If we are to succeed in life, we must first determine what that something is, then have the bravery to go get it. That is what true dreams are made of. What is your dream? Does it align with your strengths? Are you seeking opportunities to step outside your comfort zone? Find your dream, then go get it! 🌟 The Real Heroes Among Us 🌟 Just watched Deadpool 3, and wow, what a ride! From time-traveling escapades to multiverse adventures, Deadpool & Wolverine reminded us of a crucial life lesson: "Superheroes save our lives once in a while, but our own people save our lives every day." In the movie, Wade Wilson (Deadpool) and Logan (Wolverine) embark on a journey through time and alternate realities, facing tremendous challenges to save their timelines. Despite the epic battles and heroic feats, it was the bond between friends and the everyday acts of courage that truly stood out. 🔹 Resilience: Wade’s determination to fix his timeline shows us the importance of resilience. No matter how dire the situation, never give up on what matters. 🔹 Teamwork: Even the strongest superheroes need help. Wade and Logan’s collaboration with the Others exemplifies the power of teamwork in overcoming obstacles. 🔹 Sacrifice: The ultimate sacrifice Wade and Logan make to save their timelines highlights the value of selflessness. Sometimes, the greatest acts of heroism are the quiet sacrifices we make for our loved ones. 🔹 Redemption: Logan’s journey to forgive himself and reconcile with his past is a testament to the power of redemption and personal growth. It’s never too late to change and make amends. As we navigate our own lives, let's remember that we don't need superpowers to be heroes. It's the everyday kindness, support, and love we show to those around us that truly make a difference. Here's to the unsung heroes in our lives—our friends, family, and colleagues—who stand by us, inspire us, and help us through our toughest times. 💪❤️ #Leadership #Teamwork #Resilience #Sacrifice #Redemption #Inspiration #Deadpool3

**Life Is a School** The top photo, taken in Harlem, USA in 1958, shows a group of friends. Below it, the same group stands in the same place in 1996. Sadly, many have since passed, leaving their spaces empty. These pictures teach us valuable lessons: 1. **Life is Temporary**: Our time here is not guaranteed. We can be called home at any moment. 2. **Positions Are Not Permanent**: The roles and positions we hold today will eventually be vacated. 3. **No Room for Hatred and Greed**: Life's school teaches us to value appreciation and love over negative emotions. 4. **Legacy Beyond Life**: In 50 years, most of us will be gone, leaving behind all we’ve accumulated. Life is too short for hatred and greed. Remember, life is a school where we learn moral lessons daily. It's essential to make a positive impact while we are together. Our time together is fleeting, but our collective actions can leave a lasting legacy. Let's love and appreciate each other.

It’s 5:15 AM on a Friday morning and the Wickersham’s are owning the squat racks. Wife is on the treadmill. There is such power in a connected family. Dads, this is where you can find your motivation to push harder in life. This is the source. It’s not your career. It’s not the car you drive. It’s not the house you live in. It’s not the money you make. This is where you connect to your heart and soul. This is where you answer the call that is whispering to you daily. That call to lead yourself. That call to lead your family. That call to lead all those around you. It could’ve been easy to sleep in today. It could’ve been easy to do what the majority of society does on a Friday. They take their foot off the gas. That’s now what I want to teach my sons. They’re always watching my action more than what I say. I want my sons to chase their dreams. I want to instill a work ethic that is unmatched by their peers. I want them to step into the greatest version of who they can be. That’s The Warrior Dad way. That’s how we are the tip of the spear for our families. That’s how we pursue extraordinary lives. It takes only ONE DAD to change his family tree forever. You can be that dad. Being a dad is not a spectator sport. You need to show the way by action. Dare to be uncommon. Love, lead, legacy. Create a legendary day! P.S. If you’d like to get 3 tips, strategies, and tactics to apply to your life as a dad, subscribe to my weekly newsletter from the link in my bio.

Keynote Speaker - Everything I Need To Know, I Learned From '80s Pop Culture | Author | Film and Stage Consultant
35 years ago this past weekend on April 21st, 1989, one of the greatest baseball movies of all time was released in theaters. Yes, 35 years ago. Yikes! One of the best lessons from the magical 1989 sports movie, Field of Dreams, is not from the quote that you would expect. He may not have been the mainest (my made-up word) of main characters in Field of Dreams but he did have a totally awesome nickname — Dr. Archibald “Moonlight” Graham — and he did deliver some of the most inspirational lines in the movie. Sidenote: And wow can Burt Lancaster deliver a line! One of my favorites that’s worthy of repeating is this: “We just don’t recognize life’s most significant moments while they’re happening. Back then I thought, ‘Well, there’ll be other days.’ I didn’t realize that was the only day.” Significant moments don’t have to be life changing events, like graduations, births, marriages, career accomplishments, or wrecking your mom’s car trying to jump railroad tracks with your best friends. (That last one wasn’t life changing, but it was significant because we did get airborne for a second or two.) In actuality, the most significant moments are sometimes the ones that wouldn’t necessarily end up in a scrapbook of life highlights. One of my favorite life quotes comes from an ’80s movie. Ferris Bueller says, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop to look around once in a while, you could miss it.” It really does. The significant moments may not seem significant at the time, but there are no other days or moments that will be the same as the one that is happening right now. They really are like snowflakes. None are the same. Embrace them, particularly with the ones you love. Memories are great, but moments are better. Memories can’t replace the present. Make sure to recognize the significant moments while they are happening. They won’t happen again. #moments #memories #liveinthemoment #lifelessons #80s

Fatherhood…. 9 lessons I discussed with my sons this week that apply to effective strategic selling: - Always have a goal: Be intentional about it, know what you want and stick to it and tell someone about it. - Plan: Know your North Star, be intentional about the tasks you need to get to your goal, and write it down. Make a to-do list and get it done! - Have a strategy: Know your plan and come up with a strategy that is effective in helping to reach your goal the most effective way possible. - Get the small stuff out of the way: This allows you to focus deeply on the big stuff that moves the needle closer to your goal. - Be able to talk about a couple things that moved tou closer to your goal: You should be able to define exactly how you moved closer to your goal today. - Stay positive: Negativity, negative thoughts and negative self talk only set you back. Others will do all of that for you. Your job is to stay positive and surround yourself with positive people and good vibes! - Get the help you need: Parents?✔️ Boss? ✔️ Sibling? ✔️ Friends? ✔️ There are always connections waiting for you to reach out and help. People want to help, they want you to succeed. Don’t let your ego get in the way of getting the help you need. - Never quit: This speaks for itself. Failure is reserved for those that give up and quit. Pivoting is not quitting. - Stay true to yourself: “To thine own self be true.” Know your values, have a mission and don’t compromise your integrity to please others. As a parent, my job is to raise boys that have integrity, empathy, courage, humility and a strong work ethic. I am often blown away by the fact the thing/lesson being discussed is a direct lesson to myself on how I should conduct my life, and business. Fatherhood is very challenging, yet most rewarding task I have ever taken on. I plan to follow my own lessons here today for the greater good of my family, and business. Who’s with me? #letsgo #fatherhood #sales #business
