Chillaxin in my brand new bed. ✨️ . Why? Because SLEEP is one of the MOST vital processes, of the human body. . Without proper sleep, our organs can't function properly: we can't process & digest food, our brain is slow to send vital signals to the organs, our stress hormone may send us into "fight or flight" very quickly, the body stores extra fat, our moods aren't right & we are at high-risk for injuries & accidents. . I remember having excessively high blood pressure, being overweight, feeling depressed, being unable to focus or concentrate...even being unable to sustain all kinds of relationships...due to stress...all due to sleeplessness. .
