🌟 Exciting ! 🌟 🚀 Embark on a Journey of Innovation with Me!🚀 Imagine stumbling upon a plant so extraordinary & it sparks a revolution in your career. That's exactly what happened during my 'Come & See Visit' with the Missionary Sisters of St. Peter Claver in 2014. The discovery of yacon & its delicious, yummy tubers 🌱, often mistaken for sweet potatoes, ignited a passion within me to unlock its untapped potential. ✨ From Roots in Scientific Research to Ventures in Innovation ✨ Fast forward to 2018, and I found myself embarking on a mission to bridge the gap between science and society through the Yacon Project Uganda. Despite challenges, our dedicated team developed yacon-based products, raising awareness about its myriad benefits and conducting groundbreaking research. 🔍 Breaking Barriers, Fostering Inclusivity 🔍 Yet, amidst the success including the establishment of Food safety foundation Uganda (FSF-Ug) Ltd, a realization dawned - our initiatives were inadvertently excluding non-scientists and the informal sector. Determined to make science accessible to all, I embarked on a journey of reflection and re-strategizing. 🎨 Introducing SciEase Lore Ltd : Where Science Meets Art 🎨 The result? The birth of SciEase Lore , my latest venture aimed at transforming complex science concepts & ideas into engaging multimedia formats e.g films, music, podcasts, performances, visual arts & industrial design & more . It's about breaking barriers, fostering inclusivity, and amplifying the impact of scientific research & innovations. 🌟 Join the Movement! 🌟 Together, let's spark curiosity, ignite creativity and shape a brighter future. Join me in this exciting new chapter as we embark on a mission to Simplify, Educate, Inspire. (SciEase Lore 's motto/slogan). #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #ScienceCommunication #STEAM #CommunityImpact #SciEaseLore #HealthCommunication #ScientificResearch

🏆 Common Purpose Global Legacy Award || Digital Media || WordPress Development || Marketing Strategy || AI Solutions for Business || Author || Human - Machine Communication || 🌱 SDGs 4, 8 & 13.
It's that time of the year again. Where we DIGITAL GEN FOUNDATION curated the finest and the best in the industry in Nigeria and brought them down to Oke Ogun to take center stage in sharing their personal stories, emerging innovations, and technology with the beautiful people of Kishi communities in the most anticipated DGF Tech Conference. We do this every year out of passion, impact, and a sense of responsibility to foster community development and bridge the digital divide at the grassroots. We are aware of the backwardness and how under-severed the beautiful people of these communities are at the height of technology inclusiveness. Hence, the reason why the foundation carried out its digital education and awareness engagements as far back as 2020. It's worth noting that the young generation shouldn't continue to be fooled and further endangered by chasing and cheering the lowest and unsustainable variables in the hierarchy of needs which has been perpetrated by the Position occupants but enemies of service. The underdogs must rise, wise, and take a stake in the communities, by evolving globally with their skills and innovation. Whether you are in tech or not, as long as you are from Oyo or Kwara state or its environs and you are in this earth breathing in and out, this is an annual Tech Conference you must attend this year. Your mind will be shifted and you will receive the divine intervention that will define the rest of your life. Check out the details on the flyer in the comment 👇 #digitalgenfoundation #kishitechevent #kishitechconference #oyostatetechconference #dgftechconference2024

🎉 We’re delighted to share the findings of our new report, compiled in collaboration with the OECD Innovation for Development Facility, which explores how challenge funds and prizes can boost innovation ecosystems and government capabilities in low- and middle-income countries. The report, based on literature reviews, evaluations, and case studies from Rwanda, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, and a broader Africa-wide initiative, finds that challenge funds and prizes foster social capital, formalise ecosystem roles, and enhance government innovation capabilities, leading to new rules and collaboration modes. The report also provides six invaluable recommendations: 1️⃣ Align innovation with government priorities 2️⃣ Strengthen government capabilities 3️⃣ Monitor spillover effects 4️⃣ Leverage coordination mechanisms 5️⃣ Assess local innovation maturity 6️⃣ Devote time, effort and funding in social capital. These strategies aim to make challenge funds and prizes effective tools for advancing public sector capabilities and addressing development challenges in low-income countries.
