Through a collaborate effort, the team addressed challenges to bring impactful benefits not only to our customers, but also to colleagues. 🚚 By implementing a digitalised truck queuing and scheduling system, customers can now complete on-time registration and digital inspections, facilitating better delivery and inventory management. 💻 Transitioning to digital systems to reduce manual handling and archiving helped close the gap in efficiency, boosting the team’s own productivity and sustainable growth. 👣 Refining the environmental waste management system, Yara Ghana is minimising impact on the climate and promoting sustainability.
