Arthur Mathieu is just 21 but he is no stranger to the world of rare and beautiful cars. Growing up in a family of Porsche collectors in France, Arthur’s love for the brand was in place early. “My parents have known each other since they were 15 years old and they shared their passion for cars from the very beginning,” says Arthur. “My dad bought his first Porsche when he was 19 – a 356 Speedster. That’s where it all started.” His father’s collection of nearly 30 classic Porsche models sparked Arthur’s interest in motorsport, which he soon proved he had a talent for. And it wasn’t long before Arthur began making his own mark on the racing world. “I’ve competed for three seasons in the Carrera Cup France, and I have always driven art cars,” Arthur explains of the eye-catching race liveries that he’s become known for. The Sonderwunsch experts at #Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur have created the Taycan Turbo K-Edition in collaboration with 포르쉐코리아 / Porsche Korea and the Style Porsche design department, and the combination of traditional Korean cultural influences with modern elegance makes the Taycan Turbo K-Edition a unique sports car with a luxurious feel. In addition to a unique logo – based on a historical Korean royal stamp – the distinguishing features of the K-Edition include a special skyline graphic, which combines the characteristics of Korean cities, buildings and landscapes. Both of these design elements can be found in the interior as well as on the outside of the car. Although Camp 911 Namibia is a typical #Porsche Travel Experience, it will be unlike anything that has ever been seen before in this segment. Most other trips in Namibia use comfortable SUVs — like with the Porsche Travel Experience Namibia. Here, guests will be traveling with Cayenne models, digging through the red dunes of Sossusvlei. Or even taking a private plane for the long journey to the Caprivi region in the far northeast of the country and to the world-famous Victoria Falls in the four-border region of Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia. At Camp 911 Namibia, the first Porsche Travel Experience with the 911 Dakar, the focus will be on driving — a large part of the route will be on gravel roads and loose terrain. Over the course of five incredible days, which took in several of Europe's greatest passes through the Alps from Stuttgart to Nice, 84 Porsche fans came together for the Porsche Gipfeltreffen 2024. Driving a variety of air- and water-cooled models were friends of the brand, collectors and driving enthusiasts. Many of them came from the German Porsche communities around Heizr, Curves, Petro Surf, Onassis, Type 7 and the Porsche Club Germany. The star of the convoy was the 911 Turbo 50 Years Edition anniversary model.
