Rotor Testing: Ensuring Efficiency and Reliability. ⚙️📈 Our test laboratory specializes in rotor inspection, offering a range of services to ensure quality, reliability, and performance. 👍 Typical tests we perform in our lab are burst and cycle tests on rotors. These tests evaluate the durability and performance of rotors under demanding conditions, with speeds reaching up to 250,000 rpm. 🚀💨 In addition to rotor testing, our laboratory also conducts dynamic speed tests on electric motors, evaluates the performance of compressor wheels and fans, tests turbine and compressor blades, and performs spin tests on centrifuges and burst tanks. Within fluid power, small components have a big impact. Take the spool, for example – the unsung hero. These small components are responsible for controlling the direction of the fluid through a hydraulic valve. The spool is made up of two parts; the spool core, which is the central shaft of the spool, and the lands, which are used to block or allow specific paths for the fluid to follow. The ability to have incredibly accurate precision over the flow of liquid through a hydraulic valve is essential for precision controlled applications from aerospace to industrial manufacturing.
