PPC announces that it has entered into a binding agreement with Evryo Group, owned by funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management, to acquire their renewable #energy generation portfolio in Romania, which comprises 629MW RES in operation, and about 145MW in pipeline assets.   The acquisition further strengthens PPC Group’s growth strategy in Romania and Southeast Europe, with the addition of a significant #renewables operating portfolio, including 600MW onshore wind, 22MW hydro, 6MW BESS, 1MW solar PV installed capacity, and about 145MW pipeline assets.   Upon completion of the agreement, PPC’s #RES portfolio in operation in Romania will double, and total RES of PPC Group in operation will reach 5.3GW. At the same time, the Group will add an estimated EBITDA of €100 m. on an annual basis.   #PPC Group have extensive experience in operating RES projects with a substantial solar pipeline in Greece. New Wind Project in Romania We are thrilled to share the beginning of the construction phase of a new wind farm to our renewable energy portfolio. Located in Deleni, Vaslui County in eastern Romania, this wind farm will have an installed capacity of 140 MW. Given the high wind potential in eastern Romania, the estimated annual production of the park is projected to reach 370 GWh. This energy will be sufficient to power approximately 62,000 households annually. Moreover, once operational, CO2 emissions of 215,000 tones will be avoided annually. Currently under construction by PPC Renewables - ΔΕΗ Ανανεώσιμες, the project features 23 GE Vernova wind turbines, each with a capacity of 6.1 MW. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. PPC is holding a draw for 10 trips to New York for registered users of the myDEI app who choose or already use the electronic version of their bills, actively contributing to the reduction of paper usage.   myDEI users can immediately check their account balance, track the history of all their transactions, choose payment facilitation methods, discover personalized energy-saving tips, and benefit from significant privileges.   The myDEI digital app allows customers to manage all their energy-related affairs easily and quickly. Already, 1.15 million customers are managing 1.7 million registered supplies through the app, and they have the ability, from anywhere and at any time, to monitor their services and personal information, activate energy services and products, and access offers and reward programs.   PPC aims for a new holistic experience for its customers, building a new relationship with them, leveraging modern technological means for a new digital experience at all levels.   Η ΔΕΗ κληρώνει 10 ταξίδια στη Νέα Υόρκη για υφιστάμενους και νέους χρήστες της εφαρμογής myΔΕΗ που θα επιλέξουν ή ήδη χρησιμοποιούν την ηλεκτρονική έκδοση των λογαριασμών τους, συμβάλλοντας ενεργά στη μείωση χρήσης χαρτιού.   Οι χρήστες του myΔΕΗ μπορούν να ενημερώνονται άμεσα για το υπόλοιπο του λογαριασμού τους, να παρακολουθούν το ιστορικό όλων των κινήσεών τους, να επιλέγουν τρόπους διευκόλυνσης πληρωμών, να ανακαλύπτουν προσωποποιημένες συμβουλές εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας και να επωφελούνται με σημαντικά προνόμια.   Η ψηφιακή εφαρμογή myΔΕΗ επιτρέπει στους πελάτες να διαχειρίζονται εύκολα και γρήγορα όλες τις υποθέσεις τους που αφορούν την ενέργειά τους.
