Composed of polyethylene with a rubber adhesive layer, these films are easy to apply and remove. With a general thickness of 80 micrometers, they ensure adequate shielding without compromising flexibility. Adhesive considerations: Clear adhesive should be shielded from prolonged sunlight exposure to prevent residue formation. 🟦 Light Blue Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Protective Film Specifically tailored for deep drawing applications, PVC films excel in multi-stage deep drawing processes. Featuring a general thickness of 70 micrometers, these films maintain a delicate balance between protection and malleability. Temperature sensitivity: Optimal usage temperature ranges between 15°C and 40°C.
