“[…]only 42% of managers say they feel “completely” empowered and capable of helping their company achieve its well-being commitments.” This sad statistic is from Deloitte’s 2023 report on workforce wellbeing. The report also sadly states that as a result of organizational barriers such as heavy workload, unsupportive culture and lack of skills, 70% of managers find it difficult to support their staff’s wellbeing. Even sadder statistic is that 32% think their boss doesn’t care about their wellbeing at all! Deloitte’s report supports what we at Successteam know and want to help solve. That to improve wellbeing you need clear actionable metrics, but more urgently, many team leaders and managers lack support, resources or skills to support their employee's wellbeing in the way they really want to! We don’t like sad statistics, so our new years resolution for 2024 is to help our teams have happy people and happy statistics!🧨🎇 ✨How are you going to improve workforce wellbeing in 2024?✨
