Titan Minerals Ltd (ASX:TTM) has confirmed a “substantial” new gold vein system at Papayal Prospect within the Dynasty Gold Project in southern Ecuador. The ‘Julia’ vein system, discovered by the company’s mapping and surface geochemistry program at Papayal was confirmed by drilling with two holes intersecting wide zones of epithermal vein-hosted mineralisation from shallow depths. Solis Minerals Ltd (ASX:SLM, TSX-V:SLMN, OTCQB:SLMFF) has been busy on the trail of high-grade #copper at the Cinto Project in Peru, where it has recently wrapped up a first pass geochemical program. The company has also struck an access deal with the local Carumbraya community to fast-track drill exploration at the location. Next up is a systematic mapping and sampling of outcropping copper mineralisation. Some surface grab samples from Cinto have delivered results of up to 7.14% copper, with mineralisation mapped over a 200-metre by 100-metre area in historical workings associated with considerable alteration and structural deformation. Gold Mountain Limited (ASX: GMN) announced positive results from a comprehensive review of data from its Wabag project in Papua New Guinea (PNG). The review suggests the presence of multiple porphyry systems across a 7-kilometer zone, potentially holding significant copper and gold deposits. Gold Mountain identified at least three potential centers of porphyry-style mineralization running parallel to the direction of existing copper anomalies. These centers are located at Mt Wipi Prospect, with the possibility of three more near Mongae Creek and another in the Sak Creek-K-Lam area. The company also identified a new epithermal and porphyry target zone roughly 4.5 kilometers north of Crown Ridge based on previous geochemical work. Management attributed the new interpretation to a major data overhaul aimed at improving the technical understanding of the project. This review included analysis of geological structures, vectors from drillhole mineralization, alteration data, and surface geochemical results. The company combined its own historical data with modern processing techniques and the latest exploration methods. Gold Mountain outlined its next steps for the Wabag project. These include trenching and ridge and spur sampling around Mount Wipi to fill data gaps. Stream sampling will be conducted at Crown Ridge. All existing drill cores will be re-logged, followed by 3D geochemical modeling to map the potential porphyry centers in detail. A newly contracted senior geologist with expertise in porphyry and epithermal deposits will lead these activities. The company aims to use the new information to define high-confidence drill targets for future exploration. They acknowledge the need for additional work to address data gaps through targeted sampling and core review. Regional Exploration Work Identifies New Targets for Copper and Nickel Mineralisation While the Oval Cu-Ni Prospect exploration program is continuing the Company has recently received results from geophysical exploration programs, ground mapping, and sampling. The exploration has identified four additional exploration targets in the Yambat (Cu-Ni) Project.   The Oval Prospect drilling program totals 2,500m with approximately 1320m of this program now completed. Results for this program will be announced when assays come to hand.   The Geophysical Studies and subsequent groundproofing have confirmed:   Indication of broader magmatic copper-nickel system beyond Oval Cu-Ni prospect with:  a new outcrop of mineralized gabbro containing sulfide blebs being identified at the South Zone, 1.7km to Southeast from Oval mineralized gabbro. - An expansion of the previously reported Ni-Cu mineralized gabbro outcrop at the North Oval area. This expansion indicates a significant NW extension of the main Oval Ni-Cu mineralization.   A discovery of copper-gold mineralization in the northern part of the tenement was made following detailed mapping of an area 7 kms to the north of the Oval Prospect. #ASXNews Aeromagnetic Survey Completed Covering Entire Chilwa Project Chilwa Minerals is pleased to announce that it has completed an extensive Aeromagnetic and Radiometric Survey over the entire 708km2 Chilwa Critical Minerals Project. • The Lake Chilwa area contains a number of carbonatites, which are known source rocks for rare earth mineralisation. Anson Resources Ltd (ASX:ASN, OTCQB:ANSNF) has completed the surface drilling and casing of the Bosydaba #1 well, which is on recently purchased private property at its Green River #Lithium Project in the Paradox Basin in south-eastern Utah, USA. Importantly, the intersection of shallow slightly saline aquifers supports the fact that there is no connectivity between aquifers and the sealed Pennsylvanian brines 7,000 feet deeper. This drilling represents the first phase in Anson’s mineral resource definition plan at Green River, where the company is targeting lithium-rich brines in the highly porous clastic horizons and the Mississippian units in the region. Upon completion of the well, it is expected that brine will be able to flow directly to the sample demonstration plant, which consists of both the direct lithium extraction and the downstream purification process. Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. (OTC:LBSR), dba Liberty Star Minerals, said its drilling program at the Hay Mountain property has uncovered significant indicators of commercially valuable #metals, suggesting the potential for substantial #mineralization in the area. Drilling at the southeast Arizona property has indicated the potential presence of commercially important metals associated with porphyry copper-gold-moly geologic structures, according to the Tuscon-based company. At a depth exceeding 2000 feet, the company encountered a marble front along with an intense zone of propylitic alteration, both suggesting the existence of a substantial, hydrous intrusive body at depth. According to consulting geologist Jim Bryce, this alteration represents some of the most profound seen in over three decades of experience in the field, the company noted in a statement. Great Atlantic Resources Corp (TSX-V:GR) has wrapped up its 2023 exploration program at its Keymet Precious Metal - Base Metal Property in northeast New Brunswick. The program, encompassing prospecting and rock-soil geochemical sampling, primarily focused on the northwest and west-central regions of the property. In the west-central region, the company said it focused on a new target area identified during previous exploration. This zone showed promise with anomalous #gold values in soil and rock samples from the 2021-2022 programs. The recent 2023 work further delved into this area, collecting 41 soil samples and 12 rock samples to extend the understanding of gold soil anomalies and test for potential gold mineralization. Yandal Resources Ltd (ASX:YRL) has identified new #gold exploration targets in an initial review of regional soil sampling from the northwest portion of the Ironstone Well-Barwidgee Gold Project in WA.
