This is another fantastic endorsement of the impact the It's Fresh! technology can have globally - thanks Forward Fooding for the acknowledgment. Before starting in the fresh produce industry, I had no idea of the scale of the ethylene problem, and the deleterious effects of the solutions used by industry today. Given the responsibilities of the industry to feed the world in a more sustainable way, reducing its footprint comes principally from reducing waste. Managing ethylene is a critical part of achieving this. It's wonderful being a part of the team bringing the It's Fresh RYPEN technology to market - it's a solution that is truly miles ahead of everything else.
