What affects customer loyalty the most in 2024? It's all about creating great relationships that lead to partnerships. As the saying goes: "it's easier and more costly efficient to keep a customer than to get a new one. Don't get me wrong, we want new customers but we should focus on retaining our current customers and turn them into our advocates. From Forbes magazine: "Customer service is no longer just about solving problems; it’s a cornerstone for building long-term relationships.
