Highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes and patient experience. Equipped with a diverse skill set in clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and health care.
To my fellow healthcare managers, how do you combat constant staff call-offs? Managing in healthcare can be challenging, especially with unreliable staff. Last-minute call-ins not only jeopardize patient safety but also strain coworkers. We focus on attracting and retaining reliable nursing staff and CNAs through competitive salaries, a positive work environment, professional development, efficient communication, and recognizing hard work. While these strategies have been effective, prioritizing them to build a reliable and committed team is becoming increasingly challenging. Are nurses calling in without considering the impact on patient care due to burnout or generational factors? How are you addressing these issues in your organization? Share your strategies! #HealthcareManagement #EmployeeRetention #NursingStaff #TeamCommitment #helpmeunderstand #skillednursing #nursingshortage #CNA #CMT #staffing #healthcare

Ensure the safety and well-being of your employees with quick and convenient nurse access. Conduit Health Partners offers 24/7 Nurse-First Triage Services, connecting your employees promptly with registered nurses over the phone, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care, and helping them return to work safely and quickly. Using a nurse-first triage program for initial injury reporting helps ensure your employees are receiving the right care, which can have a significant impact on your bottom line. According to a study conducted by Captive Resources, the financial impact of Nurse-First Triage Services: • The average employer cost for injuries requiring medical consult is nearly $42,000 • Clients using a nurse triage program saw a 40% reduction in total claim costs • 33% of calls to nurse triage services resulted in self-care, eliminating the need for workers’ compensation claims • Nurses were often able to mitigate costly trips to the ER, which averaged around $1,300 per visit, into less expensive clinic visits. which costs around $200 For more information about how Nurse-First Triage Services can support your organization, contact your Mercy Health Occupational Health Services or Bon Secours Occupational Health representative. https://lnkd.in/gYXcenuH #EmployeeHealth #NurseAccess #HealthcareCosts #EmployeeWellness #NurseFirstTriage #OccupationalHealth #HealthcareSolutions #EmployeeSafety #InjuryManagement
