How to start a conversation about equity, diversity, and inclusion at work. ✨ It is so important to find ways to have these conversations and create spaces for employees to discuss: ➡️ the impact of bias and how we can take action on it in our organisations ➡️ how access to opportunity, and life experiences, differs depending on your background ➡️ why acknowledging this, and then working together, can contribute to a more inclusive organisation (and society!) The Let's play equal board game is a collaboration between a group of B Corps to do just that, in an engaging way that brings colleagues into small group discussions.
