In the midst of life's changes, menopause is a crucial chapter.   Often, in the whirlwind of busy days and putting others first, women delay focusing on their well-being during this time. But why wait? Your wellness is too important to postpone! Menopause is different for each woman, bringing both challenges and chances to grow. Great insight here Rajinder Rai PharmD. I love everything women's health. I would also love to add that by committing to a regular strength training regimen women over 50 can experience a boost in estrogen production to help regulate their hormones in menopause. Also decreasing the risk of low bone density and muscle tone.
