Here's what we're learning from their role map: 1️⃣ 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 into more fine-grained roles. If you're assigned to a role, you're the boss of that area of decision-making. On average, peers at Loyco hold 5 roles. 2️⃣ 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿 #transparency 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. This means providing employees access to more information than usual. Where Loyco takes it one step further: they provide real-time visibility of their structure and employee contributions to their suppliers, partners, clients, and the general public! 3️⃣ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 are roles with the same responsibilities in different contexts. For instance, their "Talent" role helps with recruitment. Yet, the person assigned to this role depends on the team.
