Manager, & Senior PM joining forces via conference call with our Field Ops manager - to come up with a solution that we stand to make no money on, nor benefit us directly! Why? Because we care, because their success is our success! We've executed our end of the contract, and closed the project successfully! Then... we get word that there are issues with the next steps for this unit. We never hang our hat on "that's not our job" - That is NOT the Black Iron way. The fellas came in early, and started calling on our resources, going through industry standards, reviewing drawings, and pulling on past experience to help the end user find a solution to their problem. At Black Iron Energy, we're about building relationships, strengthening the industry, and making sure we're leaving it better than we found it. (They didn't know I took this picture, I was just really impressed by the fact that they were all willing to pull together and help the customers of a customer find a solution without hesitation.
