In just seven months, I witnessed the power of belief, determination, and collaboration as we turned this vision into reality. In the face of skepticism, I passionately believed in the importance of ERGs and their potential to foster inclusivity and authenticity. 💪🏽 It wasn't easy, but our challenges only fueled our determination. 🚀 This experience reinforced a valuable lesson: You've got to see it Before you see it, or you Never will see it.
