REFY has built its reputation as an influencer-led brand, but recently, we've seen a shift: our customers have become the new influencers. From including over 1000 faces in our concealer campaign to hosting many brand experiences and focus groups, we believe that our REFY community is the heart of our brand. So when Instagram launched their broadcast channel feature, we knew our community would be perfect for it. So far, 6.8K people have joined our REFY broadcast channel, sharing their thoughts on products, upcoming launches, and what they want to see from us. It has been invaluable for us to have a platform to connect with our community on a deeper level! Jenna Meek have you thought about using something like Zealot to incentivize customers through gamification by creating missions like posting UGC, driving sales, giving product feedback and sending them directly to customers in this chat? Zealot then helps automated points tracking, rewards, leaderboards, etc. Could be cool!
