Hey LinkedIn Fam! Remember me😅? Well let me reintroduce myself. I am AMA ADADZEWAA ESSANDOH. Some of you may know me as the electrical engineer who thrived on solving technical puzzles. Or perhaps you saw me soaring through the skies as a drone pilot delivering life-saving medical supplies at Zipline. But there's more to me. There's more the story! My passion lies in contributing to the world of renewable energy. That's why I'm currently pursuing a Master's in this field, eager to leverage my diverse experience to create sustainable solutions with global impact. Here's a glimpse into my journey: I started off as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer (I'll tell you a story about how I ended up in this field later😅). This is where I honed my technical skills and problem-solving abilities – a valuable foundation for tackling complex energy challenges. Then to Automation Ghana as a Engineering Graduate. I worked in building electrical panels, installing automatic lighting systems, and solar PV maintenance. I again worked in the same company as a Procurement officer; managing procurement processes, analyzing supplier performance and negotiating contracts. At Zipline I was at the forefront of the power of technology to deliver hope in underserved areas and this ignited my passion for making a real difference. Not only was I a drone pilot, but also an Inventory Control Officer. This role further solidified my commitment to responsible resource management. Now, I'm taking my skills and passion to the next level. My Master's program allows me to delve deeper into optimizing renewable energy systems and implementing sustainable practices across all aspects of life. Why?
