Resource Management Concepts, Inc.’s billboard is back in action in Southern Maryland, but with a new twist. We’ve joined forces with our long-term partners at First Division Consulting, Inc to form the C4C Joint Venture (C4CJV). Our Joint Venture has been very active and is pursuing significant IT work within several warfare centers. C4CJV is more than a simple business initiative. RMC and First Division share the same values regarding how we take care of people, invest in careers, and provide the training, education, and certification to give NAWCAD and other warfare centers a high-quality IT workforce.
