"It's not the man the knows the most that has the most to say" 🤫 my Grandma used to tell me. It always made me feel better as a quiet child so I quite liked it. Now I don't suffer from being shy, but we haven't been too noisy here recently and it felt an appropriate way to suggest that's because we've been busy boys. A week of big wins here at Returnal We can't say much more than that right now but keep your eyes peeled as we will be sharing more details in the weeks to come and for now we wish you all a successful week in whatever it is you are doing. (as long as it's nice and not horrid). In other news we were described as "the worst dressed entrepreneurs" this week which we wilfully accepted - and we will showcase that in our next podcast coming back to air shortly. This is my son. He wants to raise money for his rugby team and he has prepared a “guess the number game” (there are quite a few dog walkers passing by here); the price is a small thing. He asks for any donations, at the beginning was not very successful, so he decide to change his strategy to motivate people and he offers to unsuccessful player a consolation price, a small chocolate- that is call good marketing!!!- This is a great example on how you prepare the #nextgeneration of #entrepreneurs. Motivate your team, support his initiative, adjust your sales and marketing materials… there is not a perfect sales pitch, but if your team is motivated; they will find a way to adjust it to fit you’re customer needs !!! #enriquelozano #elodiz

The riches are in the niches. But, not all niches are equal. I see businesses most commonly choosing a niche audience. They'll become: "The full-service marketing agencies for law firms". But that just means they're offering a very broad service to a smaller group of clients. Most law firms won't need a full-service marketing agency. Either because they already have one. Or they don't know they need one. A niched audience is much easier to target, but equally difficult to convert. The better, but harder option is to niche the product. Meaning, take the list of services you offer and link them to a problem. "The conversion agency" "The retention agency" "The CPA agency" You then have a narrowed audience by default. Not by vertical or industry. But by who has the problem that you can solve. Just as easy to target, but far less difficult to convert. // Was the advice above useful to you? Would you pay £1 for it?
