Today we released Saleo Capture into the wild, but here's the back story... From day one, we always had plans to solve the interactive demo initiative, but we felt the most critical problem in the demo arena was solving the difficulty behind live demos and the data (or lack there of) that haunts all pre-sales / sales / product execs. If we didn't solve the live challenge first, we couldn't correctly solve the demo automation lifecycle. If you're simply cloning or capturing sub-optimal live demos - how are you creating the best possible story for buyers and top of the funnel engagement? How are you best highlighting your product and subsequent value prop? It's the garbage in - garbage out metaphor. Anyone who's attempted to change text, workflows or data elements on a page post-recording or product screenshot knows how difficult this is.... Today we moved the goal post again and I'm so proud of this team and the 10 months of effort that went into it. Thank you to the entire product and engineering team who made this happen and to all our customers who helped drive this vision forward!! We (Modash) recently launched a sales-led product for the first time. No self-serve motion. So naturally, we jumped on the interactive demos bandwagon. ✅ Prospects can still see the product without being forced into a call ✅ Prospects that DO book a call are better educated in advance It's just a better experience for buyers. So far, we're running a super fast 3-click tour on the landing page. At the end, you can choose a more detailed tour, or a call booking. Using Navattic (👋 Natalie) & Calendly. It's early to comment on the results, but it feels like the right move. Around ~25% of page visitors use the demo, and around half of those go on to the full tour too. #saasmarketing #interactivedemos

Introducing Invisible Hotspots/Callouts 🙈 Through customer conversations, we discovered an interest in navigating through an Arcade without the need to click on a visible hotspot or callouts. This is particularly useful for presentations, conferences, and gathering new product feedback. 📽 Why not record a video or use a sandbox? Customers still want to make the most of Arcade features—like pan and zoom and forms—but have the progression from step to step to be 'invisible.'
