🏥📡 We are pleased to share the recently opened Tweed Valley Hospital is equipped with Public Safety Network coverage through In-Building Coverage (IBC). This ensures first responders have access to uninterrupted emergency radio communications once inside the major hospital’s emergency department. Reliable network coverage is paramount when a paramedic, for example, is in a building or tunnel attending a call out and needs to transmit critical information about the patient or their location. The IBC integration at Tweed Valley Hospital ensures our emergency services and more than 60 essential services stay connected while helping northern NSW communities remain safe. The IBC fit out is part of the $723.3m state-of-the-art hospital development, the largest capital health investment in the NSW North Coast region in the state’s history. There are some exciting developments among our Acute and Community projects. Emergency Care is now open for registration, Managing Frailty in an Acute Setting is preparing for their project launch and Virtual Wards is nearing the end of data collection. 🚀 Emergency Care Project Registration is Now Open! As we celebrate another successful year and step into the next iteration of our 12 year-long projects, we are excited to build upon previous insights. Data collection for the project will open on 10th of April and outputs are set to be released in September. Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and Japan and other Democratic capitalistic nations ensure access for all their citizens to quality affordable private insured and private fee for service manufactured medical care at a fraction of the cost of America’s insurance centric healthcare mess with better outcomes and costs and more hospitals per capita than in America. They achieve this simply by making health insurers profit-neutralized utilities instead of luxuries. It’s called the Bismarck HC model and it works. The story below is about an extremely talented OB/GYN who moved his 30+ year practice, w/4,000 patients to a 50-bed rural hospital that’s closer to where he grew up. Why did he do it?
