Name: Julio Soler Date of birth: 16/02/2005 Predominant foot: left Position: left wing-back Club: Lanus (Argentina) National team caps: U20 (Argentina) Report: defensive process, has a good timing tackle, if it´s possible he tackle in order the ball stay in the boundarie line so he can get start the offensive process. Agressive when disputing the ball. Regarding the offensive process he´s very active, like to assume the risk, the initiative to take the ball in vertical or diagonal movements, demonstrating good ball control at high speed movement. While conducting the ball he create uncertainty in the opponent player who follo him because he can often choose to run from the left corridor to the central corridor instead of doing the most predictable and safe choice that is running with the ball in a vertical trajectory. When crossing the ball it´s obvious that they are intent for a specific target/colleague positioned inside the penalty area. With a low center of gravity and having speed it´s a player that it´s hard to be overcome by the opponent who have the ball possession Leagues suitable for his level: top table clubs from Ligue 1(France); La Liga (Spain). Medium and top table clubs of Bundesliga (Germany). Medium and low table clubs of premier League (England). Top clubs of Primeira Liga (Portugal); of Eredivisie (Netherlands); Jupiler League (Belgium). Date of the report: 04/06/2024

NEW DELHI: <!-- -->Rasmus Hojlund<!-- --> wasted no time making an impact, scoring twice early on to lead <!-- -->Manchester United<!-- --> to a thrilling 2-1 victory against Luton Town in the <!-- -->Premier League<!-- --> on Sunday, bringing them closer to the top four contention.The Danish striker capitalized on a defensive lapse to give United the lead just 37 seconds into the match, before doubling the advantage only seven minutes later to firmly establish his team’s dominance.Despite Luton’s spirited response, with Carlton Morris’s courageous header narrowing the margin in the 14th minute, the match remained surprisingly goal-shy considering the opportunities both sides created in an open game.Manchester United, currently in sixth place, squandered numerous clear-cut chances in the second half, while Luton’s Ross Barkley came close to equalizing with a header against the crossbar in stoppage time.With this fourth consecutive league victory, Manchester United now sit on 44 points from 25 matches, trailing fourth-placed Aston Villa by five points. !(function(f, b, e, v, n, t, s) { function loadFBEvents(isFBCampaignActive) { if (!isFBCampaignActive) { return; } (function(f, b, e, v, n, t, s) { if (f.fbq) return; n = f.fbq = function() { n.callMethod ? n.callMethod(...arguments) : n.queue.push(arguments); }; if (!f._fbq) f._fbq = n; n.push = n; n.loaded = !0; n.version = '2.0'; n.queue = []; t = b.createElement(e); t.async = !0; t.defer = !0; t.src = v; s = b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(t, s); })(f, b, e, 'https://lnkd.in/d-eUnHGy', n, t, s); fbq('init', '593671331875494'); fbq('track', 'PageView'); }; function loadGtagEvents(isGoogleCampaignActive) { if (!isGoogleCampaignActive) { return; } var id = document.getElementById('toi-plus-google-campaign'); if (id) { return; } (function(f, b, e, v, n, t, s) { t = b.createElement(e); t.async = !0; t.defer = !0; t.src = v; t.id = 'toi-plus-google-campaign'; s = b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(t, s); })(f, b, e, 'https://lnkd.in/d_uP4Cr7', n, t, s); }; function loadSurvicateJs(allowedSurvicateSections = []){ const section = window.location.pathname.split('/')[1] const isHomePageAllowed = window.location.pathname === '/' && allowedSurvicateSections.includes('homepage') if(allowedSurvicateSections.includes(section) || isHomePageAllowed){ (function(w) { var s = document.createElement('script'); s.src="https://lnkd.in/da8ve3_s"; s.async = true; var e =

Enabling businesses to effectively deliver and succeed with major transformation and change, reduce costs and increase profitability.
𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱’𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗖 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲? If you’re a leader driving the strategic objectives of your business, the current situation of Enzo Maresca, Manager of Leicester City Football Club, will relate to you. With just four games remaining and the EFL (English Football League) Championship trophy and automatic promotion to the Premier League both tantalisingly close, all eyes are on Leicester City. They have the upper hand, and by winning all 4 remaining matches, they will top the Championship and win promotion. Here's a look at how Maresca might navigate the first of these crucial fixtures: The First Hurdle: Home v West Bromwich Albion on Saturday 20/04. Leicester narrowly beat West Brom 2-1 away earlier this season, but that was back in December when the Foxes had their tails up at the start of a 10-game unbeaten run and the Baggies hit a slight speed bump. City come into the game with consecutive 1-0 away defeats against sides they were expected to beat. This may put more pressure on them for this weekend's game in front of their home crowd at the King Power. Maresca is expected to: Revisit the Blueprint: Analyse the previous win against West Brom and their recent matches. He will meticulously analyse the situation and Saturday’s opponents. Use Data-Driven Decisions: To tailor a strategy, a specific formation and/or player instructions to capitalise on the strengths of his side and target West Brom's weaknesses. Given that the Foxes haven’t scored in the last 2 games against lesser opposition, I expect Maresca to: - Impress upon the players the hallmarks of his leadership: His emphasis on precision passing, coordinated pressing, and clinical finishing. - Focus on Execution: Practising hard and instilling team belief in the team’s ability to score goals. As Thomas-Asante, the visitor’s leading striker, is suspended, Maresca may be tempted to take advantage of this for several calculated gambles(?) He may: 1. Decide on attacking tactics to push hard for the home side to get the first goal to get the crowd behind them(?) 2. Keep faith in players who’ve struggled to score goals recently or he could opt for a change of strikers to look to liven and mix things up…(?) Will Enzo and his Leicester City team produce a stroke of tactical genius, or will they fall short? Enzo’s position is a highly pressured one that business leaders will understand all too well - the daily responsibility of taking critical actions and decision-making that result in achievement or failure. Tomorrow’s results will show how successful their decisions and actions have been. What are your thoughts on Leicester City's best tactics for tomorrow v West Brom for the championship title and promotion? #LCFC #CIO #CEO #COO #Leadership

#RBAflashback #Portsmouth - #Reading (7:4) played on 29 September 2007 is the highest scoring match in #EPL history. With nine different scorers, including an own goal for each side, the match also shares the record for the most goal scorers in a Premier League match. One goal was a penalty, with another penalty having been saved. The home team dominated possession with 61% of ball control. It took almost twice as many shots as their opponent (23-12) and hit the target nearly twice as often (11-6). Thus, both goalkeepers managed to save only about a third of the shots. Pressing had an important role in the match's outcome (it preceded two of the home team's goals), as did the play on second balls (after which Portsmouth scored three times and Reading scored twice). Pompey’s Benjani Mwaruwari scored three goals. Amazing but Reading almost repeated that scoreline three months later when they lost 4:6 in an away match against #Tottenham. https://buff.ly/3N6LsN2 #football #soccer #footballanalysis #RBAanalysis --------------- Follow us for more insights!

On Friday, July 5th, 2024, the EURO 2024 quarter-final clash between Portugal and France will kick off at 8:00 pm local time at Volksparkstadion, officiated by referee Michael Oliver from England. Portugal, who emerged as winners of Group F, advanced to the quarter-finals after a tense penalty shoot-out victory against Slovenia. They demonstrated dominance in possession with 68% against Slovenia, sealing their spot after drawing 0-0 in regular time. Throughout the tournament, Portugal has showcased impressive form, recording 9 wins and only 1 loss. They averaged 3.0 goals per game from 7.5 shots on target and maintained an average possession of 65.1%. Key players like Bruno Fernandes and Cristiano Ronaldo, each scoring 5 goals, have been pivotal, with Fernandes leading in assists with 6. Goalkeepers Diogo Costa and Jose Sa have contributed 7 clean sheets collectively. France, finishing as runners-up in Group D, secured their quarter-final berth with a 1-0 victory over Belgium, thanks to a Jan Vertonghen own goal. They've exhibited solid defensive prowess, conceding only 0.4 goals per game from 2.1 shots on target. Kylian Mbappe has been exceptional with 8 goals, supported by Olivier Giroud with 3. France's predicted lineup includes formidable talents like N'Golo Kante and Antoine Griezmann, aiming to capitalize on their strengths to advance further in the tournament. In summary, the Portugal vs France quarter-final promises an intense encounter, with both teams poised to showcase their tactical acumen and offensive firepower to secure a spot in the semi-finals.

PORTUGAL'S EURO 2024 LINEUP REVEALED Formation and Lineup: Portugal will be counting on Cristiano Ronaldo to score goals in Euro 2024. The team will be playing against Czech Republic in Leipzig tonight. Coach Roberto Martinez has decided to go with a 4-3-3 formation. Rafael Leao and Joao Felix are competing for the starting spot on the left wing. Midfield Options: There are a few decisions to be made in the midfield. Vitinha, Joao Neves, and Ruben Neves are all possible choices to play alongside Joao Palhinha from Fulham and Bruno Fernandes from Manchester United. Defensive Line: Veteran center-back Pepe, who is 41 years old, is expected to start over Goncalo Inacio in the defense. Unfortunately, Raphael Guerreiro will not be able to play in the Euros due to an injury. Injuries: Czech midfielder Michal Sadilek will also miss the tournament after injuring his leg while riding his bike just days before the game. Key Players: West Ham's Tomas Soucek will be starting in the midfield for Czech Republic. Patrik Schick is expected to be the main goal scorer for the team, as they do not have many other players who are known for scoring goals.

Euro 24 Final Prediction: The Three Lions vs. La Roja. Out of 24 teams, these two giants of the game remain. A lot is at stake for both sides in this final. England, a nation that has failed to win a major international tournament since its triumph at the 1966 World Cup and has never emerged victorious at the Euros, looks to break its curse and end the despair of English fans. While Spain, a nation that has produced forgettable performances for the last decade looks to restore its honor and relive its golden era from the late 2000s to the early 2010s. But who will emerge victorious? Of a very ebb and flow euros, Spain has remained the one constant. Delivering one breathtaking performance after another. Their two sensational wingers have caused problems for even the best defensive sides in the tournament, ranking the 2nd and 3rd for the most dribbles in the tournament. Furthermore, the midfield of Dani Olmo, Fabian Ruiz, and Rodri, continue to live up to the legacy of previous Spanish midfield greats. The team as a whole ranks first in goals scored as well as joint second in goals conceded with the number 1 team having played two fewer games than Spain. The opposite however can be said for England. England have been crucified by the media for their slow, lethargic, and unaggressive style of play. They narrowly scraped through a relatively easy draw, have an over-reliance on its superstars to win games, and the entire squad, especially the manager has been scrutinized the entire tournament. So, based on all of this everyone may think Spain is the clear favorite to win, right? Well maybe not, Let me explain. Spain's biggest strength is their creativity which is concentrated in the form of their wingers and attacking midfielder, who take on defenders one and one and use through balls to get into attacking positions. However, these strengths will be mostly neutralized against England because they play in a low defensive block with 3 highly skilled central defenders which gives them a numerical advantage. Furthermore, the presence of Declan Rice and Kobbie Mainoo allows England to clear any loose balls, provide extra defense, keep possession, and progress the ball efficiently. Additionally, England possesses superstar Forwards or attacking players such as Kane, Bellingham, Saka, and Foden that can target Spain's relatively inferior fullbacks. However, this may prove to be difficult as the defensive presence of Rodri, the best defensive midfielder in the world can make it a monumental task for the English to score. Also, England possesses too many individual stars that can change the game and can be X factors. Taking everything above into consideration, I believe England will emerge victorious 2-1 in extra time to finally lift the euros for the first time in their history and break their 58-year international trophy curse. All being said I don't expect this to be an exciting contest like the 2022 World Cup final, but surely a historical one.

Attackers performance amongst top 5 leagues, are they “underperforming“ or “overperforming“ their xG per 90? Guirassy is an obvious standout with 1.25 goals per 90, with just 0.77 xG per 90. He has scored 20 goals in 18 games in the Bundesliga with only Harry Kane scoring more. Lautaro Martinez is the one that is impressing the most for me, 0.95 goals per 90 with only a 0.58 xG per 90. He has 23 goals in 25 games. That is some going helping Inter Milan create a 15 point lead at the top of the Serie A. Haaland is underperforming with 0.88 xG per 90, getting 0.79 goals per 90. However, he is still the Premier League’s top goalscorer. Kane and Mbappé are obvious standouts who are overperforming their xG. Kane getting 1.04 goals per 90 with an xG of 0.71 per 90. Mbappé is getting 1.00 goals per 90 with an xG of 0.83 per 90. Denis Undav is one to watch who is out on loan at Stuttgart playing with Guirassy he is overperforming his xG and has 14 goals and 4 assists in just 20 games in the Bundesliga. He is another one of Brighton’s talents who I am sure we will see back in the Premier League after a difficult first season with Brighton last year. #football #dataanalysis #footballdata #footballanalysis

Chelsea learn asking price for in-form 25-year-old attacker they have followed closely: Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres has been linked with a move away from the club at the end of the season. A report from the Mirror claims that Chelsea are keen on the player and representatives from the Premier League club have been monitoring the 25-year-old striker’s performances closely. They are expected to make a move for him at the end of the season and Sporting CP will demand a fee of around £68.5 million for the striker. Chelsea are going through financial difficulties right now and there have been rumours that they could look to sell some key players in order to balance the books. It will be interesting to see if they can afford £68.5 million for the Swedish international striker. Gyokeres is one of the best strikers in Europe right now and he could prove to be a quality acquisition for the Blues.
