I see 4 types of marketing service providers manifesting over the next 6 - 12 months as #AI continues to build traction with businesses: 1) Complacent (😴 ): Does not integrate generative AI into agency operations or client service delivery. 2) Smart (🥉): Integrates generative AI, but doesn’t adjust pricing, service offerings, team skill sets, etc. 3) Smarter (🥈): Integrates generative AI and makes adjustments to pricing, service offerings, team skills sets, etc 4) Smartest (🥇): Integrates generative AI, makes adjustments to pricing, service offerings, team skills sets and builds net new offerings around AI. Downsides and upsides to each on attached slide graphic I've been shopping around. Thoughts? I also need better names for them.
