Thank you, Børsen 😊 Yes, I might be a bit different, not the stereotypical CEO within the industry, and yes, the nose ring is something people notice and often comment on, but hopefully, that's not the only thing I'm known for 😅 Over the last 10 years, I've been part of the growth trajectory at Eryk Group 🚀 Throughout my journey, I've always done my best to stay true to myself, following my inner compass while conducting myself in a respectful and professional manner. I've never tried to be anything I'm not and have always been honest about the fact that I'm not an engineer and had no previous experience in the industry before my time at Eryk (back then BIC Electric). My unique position as both co-owner, CSO and now also CEO of Eryk A/S offers profound insights into both the operational and strategic aspects of the company. I navigate between short-term financial targets and the broader long-term existential and visionary goals of Eryk Group 👓 As the founder's daughter, my journey within Eryk Group is profoundly personal, often reflecting on the company’s overall reason for existing—the big 'why'. What do we want to achieve?... It doesn't take me long to answer that question because I see a clear purpose and meaning in what Eryk provides to all the stakeholders we impact. It's not just a job—it’s a way of living - at least for me! 😁 Doing what we have done for more than 20 years requires hard work and ambition, fueled by passion and a desire to do good on a larger scale. It might sound utopic, but it’s true🙌🏻 I, we, believe in conducting business in a manner that ensures sustainable growth while demonstrating a high degree of social responsibility. This has always been and should remain a part of Eryk’s DNA and is one of the main reasons I have stayed at Eryk for so long. As leaders, we must acknowledge our responsibility to improve the negative direction our planet is heading by encouraging and enacting a cosmos-centric paradigm. This means moving away from an industrial-egocentric and anthropocentric model, where nature serves humans, to a balanced relationship with nature and emphasizing multilateralism to address the climate crisis. These are my long-term goals. Ensuring that Eryk develops sustainably on all levels—strategically, holistically, and within each employee, including myself. Hun ligner ikke en typisk topchef for en stor teknisk servicevirksomhed. Én ting er, at branchen er ekstremt mandetung på alle poster, så kvindelige topledere er i sig selv sjældne. Men kvindelige topledere på 35 år, der bærer ring i næsen, er sjældnere, erkender Maj Winther Møller, der har været i koncernen siden 2014. “Jeg har snakket mig selv ind i en branche, der på nogle fronter stadig er meget rustik.
