What are tenants looking for in an industrial property?
Attracting the right tenant in the industrial market comes down to understanding key features tenants desire. Open-plan layouts, high-clearance ceilings, warehouse sizes between 150-400 sqm, and reliable power supply are all high on the list. Location is also critical—prime spots with good access and transport links are highly sought after.
Even in a more stabilised market, showcasing your property's strengths and aligning with tenant needs can make all the difference. For expert advice on positioning your industrial asset, contact the team at RWC Western Sydney.

Developer Trends in Western Sydney: What’s Next? 🏗️
As the housing crisis continues, developers in Western Sydney are facing a significant challenge: construction costs vs. resale value. The sentiment is strong—developers are preparing for the next phase, but the numbers simply aren’t adding up right now.
With borrowing power reduced, the shift towards apartments seems inevitable. However, today’s market conditions don’t make it feasible to build, even if the land was gifted.
What we’re seeing is a push towards 2-3 year settlements for apartment developers. With high interest rates, holding onto land doesn’t make sense unless it’s acquired at a great price. This trend is likely to persist as developers wait for the market to stabilise.
If you'd like to know more about the development market, please don't hesitate to reach out.
