My third top strength and it's really helpful in the #changemanagement (and #podcasting) space! I lean into this strength when I meet with stakeholders and leaders to truly understand the impacts, resistance, etc. when it comes to changes. I lead with empathy and meet them where they are at. This may be third on my list but it just might be my favorite! #strengthsfinder #strengths #relator #relationships
