On Tuesday, Sept. 24, the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors approved the reallocation of $250,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to the Downtown Sacramento Partnership (DSP) for downtown safety enhancements. The Downtown Sacramento Partnership is a private, non-profit property and business improvement district (PBID) dedicated to the revitalization of the central business district.
