As a result, the impact we see is two pronged: One, an immediate sharp rise in demand for ready-built factory space, especially since China borders opened in March 2023. (SZSE: 000333, HKSE: 00300, “Midea”) and Toshiba Elevator and Building Systems Corporation ("TELC") signed Definitive Agreement to join the exsiting Joint Venture , Toshiba Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. and Toshiba Elevator (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as Toshiba Elevator China) owned by TELC and Chevalier International Holdings Limited (HKSE: 00025, “Chevalier”). 🚀 After the closing, Midea will become the majority shareholder of Toshiba Elevator China.
