A preparatory workshop will be held on May 26 to identify the major priority areas of innovation in Algeria, and have a feedback on the development of startups, considered as the spearhead of economic growth. Five fundamental points will be the subject of panels: the innovation ecosystem and Algerian specificities, innovation in industry, education, agriculture, energy, health, digital transition and services, the dynamics of startups and international openness, methods of access to financing, development of human capacities and networking (networking, clustering). Any written contribution from innovation and startups pioneers is welcome.

[Algerian Platform to Connect Companies with Innovators] I recently discovered an interesting platform that could significantly benefit the Algerian ecosystem by connecting companies with innovators (startups, researchers, students, etc.). Soolvit is a crowdsourcing and open innovation platform that enables companies and innovators to collaborate on various problems through Challenges, Hackathons, and Online to Offline Business Cases. The platform includes the challenges announced by the Algeria Startup Challenge and covers a wide range of fields and applications (Information Technology, Finance, Agriculture, Oil and Gas, etc.). This post aims to give a boost to this platform because it has great potential for impact. Happy Lunar New Year! 🌕🐉 As we enter the Year of the Dragon, I'm excited to share that the Asia-Pacific Entrepreneur Association (APEA) has named me an ▪ Asia-Pacific Young Leader ▪ for inspiring young people. This honour is more than a personal achievement; it reflects my deep values and ambitions. Over 15 years ago, I came to the UK to study. I have faced many challenges, such as language and culture through the years,  but I am grateful these experiences have shaped me and my mission to make the world better.
